How To License

Now that you have chosen the music that you would like to license and download for immediate use, just follow the instructions below to make your licensing experience an easy one.

The Buy Button:
Click on the Buy button that is next to any individual track listing.

Shopping Cart Content Display:
Once you have clicked on the Buy button, a dialog box that says "Your selection has been added to your shopping cart” will be displayed on the screen.

The shopping cart content display shows the track that you have just added to the cart and provides the total purchase value of your shopping cart contents.

The Checkout Button:
When you click on the Checkout button, you will enter the shopping cart interface.

The first thing you should do is to verify the contents of your shopping cart.

If you wish to delete something from your shopping cart, simply click on the little garbage can button displayed to the right of the quantity number.

Provide Your PayPal Account Information:
All license purchases made at Teretone.com are conducted via PayPal and are 100% secure.

When you click on the Proceed to PayPal button in your shopping cart, you will be transferred promptly to the PayPal Web site, where you will be given 2 choices:

- you can either login to your PayPal account to make your purchase,

- or you can enter your credit card information directly and immediately make your payment without any additional steps.

Click again to review your order and the payment information that has been provided in the PayPal interface.

Click once more on the Pay Now button and you will receive a receipt (on your screen and in your email). You have now completed the transaction and your licensed track(s) will be ready to download in just a few minutes' time.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, it's easy to sign up for one. Simply visit www.paypal.com.

You can easily connect your PayPal account to a major credit card. This means that when you provide your PayPal ID to an online vendor, PayPal puts the charge on your credit card without allowing your credit card information to be displayed or exchanged online. Paying via PayPal is easy, it's secure and it's fast.

Downloading Your Licensed Track:
Downloading the individual tracks that you have licensed can be done several ways. Always make sure that you have logged in to your Teretone.com account first.

To download single tracks, go to one of these places and click on the Download button or dropdown menu that is displayed next to the track name.

- Go to the CD product page that the track(s) came from, find the track(s) in the table listing, and click on the Download dropdown menu found on the right side of the table row.

- Go to the Music Search engine and check the box at the top of the page that says Show Only My Purchased Tracks. Then click on the Download button on the right side of the track listing.

From either of the above locations, you have a choice to download an MP3 file (320 kbit), a Broadcast WAV file (16 bit / 44.1 kHz), or you can download both formats, depending on what you need for your application.

Click to select the version you want, and wait for the download dialog box to indicate that the file has been downloaded to your computer.

To download individual tracks, click on the linked file name representing the track and version that you require, click to open or save the file in the dialog box that appears, and wait for the file to be transferred to your computer.

You can also choose to create a Zip file containing multiple selected files from your Personal Page. Simply click to check the Add/Zip box for each track on the far right side of the table and then click on the Zip Selected Files button. The Zip file will be transferred to your computer within minutes.
